Material and marking: metal, aluminium and laser

Most models are metal or aluminium, finished in black, grey, silver, green or brown, and some combine the barrel with wood or bamboo. The most common mechanism is twist action; there are also cap and push-button pens. The ink is usually blue, with black and other colours available on some models.

Laser engraving removes the paint layer or marks the metal, leaving the logo in a silver or matt tone depending on the finish. Some models accept 360° laser engraving around the barrel. The price on each product page already includes one-colour marking in the standard area, and before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo.

How to choose luxury engraved pens

Single or boxed: For events or teams, a single steel pen. For a client or director gift, a pen and rollerball set or a multi-piece gift box.
Barrel colour and engraving contrast: On painted barrels in black, grey, green or brown, the laser leaves the logo in a metallic tone that stands out more. On silver or bare steel, the engraving is more discreet and understated.
Mechanism and ink: Twist action is the most common mechanism in this range; there are also cap and push-button models. Check the ink colour on the product page: most write in blue and some in black.
Recycled material and certifications: If your company asks for it, choose recycled stainless steel models with RCS certification, or boxes with FSC certification.
