Printed paper bags made to order for your business

Printed paper bags in kraft, white or recycled paper, with flat or rope handles, for trade shows, shops and office handovers. They are made to order: you tell us the size, quantity and date, and within 24 working hours you get a quote and free mock-up.

Made to order: what we need to know

Custom paper bags are not listed in the online catalogue: they are made to measure for each order. To give you a price and lead time, tell us in the quote request how many you need, which sizes (width, gusset and height), which paper and handle you prefer, how many colours are in your logo and what date you need them for. If you are not sure, tell us what will go inside and we will suggest the format and paper weight.

With that, we will send you the quote and a free mock-up with your logo on the bag within 24 working hours. You pay when you approve the mock-up, and we confirm the production lead time with the quote, because it depends on the print method, the paper and the quantity. Your logo is best supplied as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF); if you only have it as PNG or JPG, we will check it.

Paper weight decides whether the bag holds up

A paper bag goes from the stand to the street and from the counter to home, where it is often reused. The paper weight decides whether it holds up or splits with two bottles inside: for kraft, the usual range is 90 to 120 g/m², and for laminated white paper, 150 to 170 g/m². Below 90 g/m², the bag works for documents or light stationery, not for a gift with some weight.

A 120 g/m² bag with reinforced base and handles will carry two bottles; a 90 g/m² bag with flat handles will not. And restrained printing is what makes someone reuse it: a well-placed logo, one or two ink colours, and the paper colour doing the work as the background.

What can be personalised

  • The paper: natural or white kraft, coated paper with matt or gloss lamination, or recycled paper.
  • The format: from small bags for documents to sizes for A4 documents or larger, plus the tall bottle format.
  • The handle: flat paper handles, twisted paper cord or cotton cord with internal reinforcement.
  • The branding: one or two spot colours, full colour when the design includes photography, or gold or silver hot foil stamping for a smart finish.
  • The sides: the logo on one side, both sides or also on the side gussets.

The print method depends on the quantity

For branded paper bags, the print method is decided by the quantity and the number of colours, not the other way round.

  • Short runs: digital printing or screen printing, without major set-up costs.
  • Long runs: flexographic printing or offset, which require plates but greatly reduce the cost per bag.
  • Hot foil stamping: for small logos, around 6 to 10 cm wide, in gold, silver or other metallic finishes.
  • Lamination: protects the print and gives the bag that matt or gloss retail feel.

Where they work best and what to pair them with

The most common use is still the trade show: the bag carries the literature, the giveaway and everything the visitor picks up from other stands, then leaves the venue acting as a sign. For that, 120 g/m² kraft with rope handles works well. You can find the rest of your stand materials in event merchandise.

The second use is handover: a retail bag for your customers, a bottle bag for an end-of-year gift or the wrapping for an office giveaway. If you would rather have a bag people reuse for years, our custom tote bags are in the catalogue with instant pricing, and recycled paper fits well with the rest of our eco-friendly merchandise.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Printed paper bags made to order for your business

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

What paper weight does a paper bag need to carry bottles?

For two bottles, 120 g/m² kraft or more, with reinforced base and handles and rope handles. For a single bottle, the bottle-bag format of around 150 g/m² is the most practical.

How many paper bags with logo do I need to order?

It depends on the print method: digital printing and screen printing allow short runs, while flexographic printing and offset make sense from larger quantities upwards. We confirm the minimum quantity with the quote, and the order must total at least €100.00 excluding VAT and shipping.

Which printing method is best for paper bags?

For one or two-colour logos on kraft, screen printing or flexographic printing gives a clean finish. If the design includes photography or gradients, you need digital printing or offset on coated paper, usually laminated.

Can you make recycled paper bags with logo?

Yes, in 100 to 120 g/m² recycled paper, with rope handles and water-based inks. Recycled paper has a duller tone, so solid colours work better than photographs.

Can the logo be printed in gold or silver on a paper bag?

Yes, with hot foil stamping: a metallic foil applied with heat and pressure. It is used for small logos, around 6 to 10 cm wide, and looks very good on laminated paper or kraft.

How long does an order of personalised paper bags take?

The quote and free mock-up arrive within 24 working hours. For short runs, two or three weeks from mock-up approval is typical; for larger runs or a specific paper, we confirm the lead time with the quote.
