Branded beanies with embroidered logo for companies: what they cost and how to choose

A beanie with your logo costs from €2.70 per unit, with printing included. Not every beanie does the same job: one for handing out across the whole team does not need the same knit or finish as one for outdoor work or a winter gift. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real models, and what is worth checking before you order.

How much does a branded beanie cost?

Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery. The price falls as quantity rises because the print setup is spread across more units.

01

For handing out to the team or for wider campaigns

When you are ordering beanies for a lot of people, the key is that they suit almost everyone, feel warm enough and keep costs under control. Classic knitted styles with a turn-up, in understated colours, with front embroidery or a patch do exactly that and get worn outside work.

The usual mistake is trying to fit a very long logo onto a narrow turn-up. On a beanie, a symbol or compact version works better, always in contrasting thread: a dark logo on a dark beanie is barely visible.

For the team’s everyday winter kit

If the beanie will be part of a winter uniform or team kit, it is worth stepping up the warmth and finish. A heavier knit, pronounced ribbing or blends with recycled material stand up better to daily wear and take neat embroidery on the turn-up or a side detail.

If they work outdoors, do not settle for a thin beanie just because the logo shows more clearly. For proper cold, double-layer or chunky knit styles are a better fit, and they work well with branded jackets for companies or a branded fleece in the same order.

For severe cold, visibility or a more considered gift

For more specific uses, detail and function matter more. This is where double-knit beanies, reflective styles, beanies with a removable LED light or more refined finishes fit best, with small embroidery, a patch or a discreet side detail that makes the item feel branded rather than simply handed out.

If you choose a style with a light or an unusual finish, ask for samples before you confirm the order. And if your logo has gradients or very fine lettering, a printed patch is better than direct embroidery: the texture of the knit swallows detail.

Classic knit with turn-upEmbroideryLogo stitched in thread on the front turn-up; neat and visible if the design is simple
Chunky ribbed or double-layerEmbroideryA textile finish that lasts well; best with symbols or lettering that is not too fine
Styles with a fabric patchPrinted patchKeeps fine detail and complex logos better on the texture of the knit
Styles with a leather patchEngraved leather patchSubtle, tone-on-tone with the material, very suitable for neutral colours
Full-colour fabric patchScreen transfer or digital transferThe logo sits on the patch and gives more detail or colour than embroidery

Minimum order and design

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix styles to reach it: the team’s classic beanie and the reflective one for the event can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; extra thread colours, a patch or a second position are priced in the quote.

Upload your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free full-scale mock-up: you only pay when you approve it. The lead time is shown on each product page. If you are unsure about the weight, colour or a style with a light, ask for samples first.

How we choose

A cap is judged by its visor.

The visor determines whether a cap looks good or like a fairground prize. We consider stiffness and curvature before colour, as these are what separate a cap someone wears from one that ends up in a drawer.

  • Pre-shaped visor, not flat as standard
  • Metal or buckle closure on mid-range caps
  • Recycled cotton in almost the entire catalogue

The detail

Front embroidery is the standard.

It withstands washing and rain, and provides the finish people associate with a genuine brand.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Branded beanies with embroidered logo for companies

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

How much do 100 logo beanies cost?

It depends on the style and the branding method. The price table on this page gives the unit price with the logo included at each quantity: check the 100-unit column and multiply it by one hundred to get the amount excluding VAT and delivery.

Are custom woolly hats actually made of wool?

What people usually call a woolly hat is a knitted beanie. In this range, most are acrylic or blends with recycled polyester, which are warm, non-itchy and wash well; there is also one in organic cotton. If you need natural wool, ask us in the quote.

How large can an embroidered logo be on a beanie?

On the front turn-up, the usual embroidery size is around 8-10 cm wide by 4 cm high. Any larger and the stitching stiffens the knit and distorts as it stretches over the head. The exact branding area for each style is shown on its product page.

Do branded beanies come in sizes?

No. They are one size: the stretchy knit fits almost all heads, so there is no need to collect sizes from the team.

Can you embroider a logo with gradients on a beanie?

Thread does not reproduce gradients, so these are simplified into flat colours. If the gradient is important to your brand, a printed patch sewn onto the beanie preserves it much better.

How do you wash an embroidered knitted beanie?

By hand or on a delicate cold wash, then dry it flat, with no tumble dryer. That way the knit keeps its shape and the embroidery stays looking its best.

Can you wash a beanie with an LED light?

Yes, because the light is removable: you take it out before washing the beanie and recharge it with a USB cable. As it includes electronics, we recommend asking for a sample before ordering.

When should I order beanies to give out in winter?

It is best to order them with enough time to approve the mock-up and hand them out when needed. The lead time is shown on each product page, and if you choose a style with a light or want to check the weight first, you can ask for a sample.
