Uniforms your team will actually wear without being told

Work uniforms have two enemies: clothing people feel awkward wearing and bulk orders that leave spare sizes sitting in a cupboard. Custom workwear that works starts with fabric suited to the job (heavy cotton or technical blends, reinforced seams, colours that do not fade) and puts the logo where it belongs: chest, sleeve or back.

The difference from corporate clothing is who decides. With uniforms, the company decides, so the logo can be large and visible, and fabric and wash resistance matter more than fashion. If you want branded clothing people wear by choice, see custom corporate clothing.

Work uniforms by sector

• Hospitality: front-of-house polos and T-shirts, custom aprons and matching caps, in fabrics that stand up to daily washing.
• Retail and customer-facing roles: a polo or T-shirt with the logo on the chest, plus a gilet or softshell for staff working at the door or in the stockroom. The same garment across every site.
• Warehousing and logistics: breathable technical T-shirts, sweatshirts, padded gilets and work trousers.

Screen printed or embroidered workwear: which technique to choose

Embroidered workwear is the most common choice for everyday uniforms: the thread stands up to shifts and washing that other techniques eventually give in to, and it looks right on the chest, sleeve or back, on polos, softshells, fleeces and caps.

Screen printed workwear has its place: dozens of garments in the same colour with the same design, logos in one to three solid inks and, above all, the back, with the company name visible from a distance. On cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts, screen printing makes sense at volume because the screen setup is spread across all the garments. For short runs or full-colour logos, digital transfer (DTF) is used, and vinyl is best kept for short text. On a full uniform, the usual combination is embroidery on the chest and a large screen print on the back.

Sizes, starters and repeat orders

• Sizes without the rush. The size breakdown is optional when you request a quote: give the total by garment and confirm it later using each model’s size chart.
• Fits. Offering men’s and women’s fits, where the model has them, avoids most exchanges.
• Repeat orders. Starters and changes are ordered as a new order, with a minimum of 10 units per item. Order the same model and colour and mention the previous order so the branding matches.
• Multiple locations. We ship with tracking to one address or several, split by office or site, across the EU.
• Individual choice. If you would rather let each person choose their size on their phone, the Pekata gifting platform does that, but it is a separate service.

What we do not supply: certified protective equipment

This section is for workwear for everyday use, not certified personal protective equipment (PPE): no approved hi-vis clothing, no flame-retardant garments and no safety footwear. If your activity requires them, you need a specialist supplier; we kit out your team in your brand and, if you want, include it in the same quote as the rest of the clothing.

The process is the same as for the rest of the catalogue: quote within 24 working hours, free mock-up with your logo on each garment, payment on approval and two to three weeks for production, depending on the technique and quantity. If any branding is faulty or does not match the approved mock-up, we redo it at no cost.
